Marketing Coordinator

Professional is looking for an individual to join our dynamic organization and marketing team to help increase market share within the fields of Physical Therapy and Performance.

A leading provider of physical therapy and related services, Professional Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy operates eleven outpatient physical therapy centers and one athletic performance facility, all located in the New York metropolitan area.  The Company’s outpatient physical therapy centers provide treatment to patients suffering from musculoskeletal injuries.  Professional’s rehabilitation programs and services help patients maximize functional ability so that they may return to competition, the workplace, and/or their normal lifestyle.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities: 

Responsibilities of the position include:

* To execute and analyze marketing campaigns to create and build referrals sources.

* Work with the market research team to develop case studies, templates, customer appreciation letters and interpret customer usage statistics.

* Develop realistic marketing strategies, objectives, targets and measures.

* Work with staff to develop activities/communication strategies to influence a positive community relationship with physicians, physical therapists, athletic trainers and other allied health care professionals.  

* Ensure a positive client/patient relationship.

* Promote continuous communication between the organization and client groups to ensure clear understanding between Professional and the  client’s needs. 

* Participate in press meetings, facility openings and writing press releases.

* Manage marketing newsletters and use latest technology for achieving a greater audience.

* Represent the firm in corporate events, industrial meets, trade shows and marketing conferences.
