OVERVIEW/DESCRIPTION:


My client has been managing a series of income-generating investments for over 30 years.  This rapidly growing, prestigious New York-based firm seeks professional, highly-motivated individual to join its Marketing Department as Marketing Coordinator for its non-traded real estate investment trusts (REITs). 

 

The Marketing Coordinator will work with marketing, sales and national accounts teams, as well as management and compliance to support duties related to the daily operations of the marketing department.  Responsibilities will include assisting in the coordination of conferences, development and execution of marketing campaigns and management of marketing material.  We believe this is an excellent position for an individual seeking to enter the marketing field or gain more robust experience in all capacities of marketing strategy.  The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills and demonstrate a commitment to the development of the overall marketing strategy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·         Develop understanding of broker/dealer networks that offer firm’s investment offerings

·         Assist in development of and execute strategic marketing campaigns to financial advisors, including follow up to determine the effectiveness of the campaign in order to provide recommendations for future campaigns.

·         Coordinate with internal marketing team and external vendors on production and dissemination of marketing materials and ensure deadlines are met.

·         Facilitate submission and manage approval of new marketing materials with FINRA, SEC, NASAA and broker/dealer network.

·         Communicate ongoing marketing campaigns to sales team.

·         Coordinate with National Accounts in development of conference participation strategies, including pre- and post- conference communications, implementation of brand and various promotion of conference participation.

·         Manage inventory of marketing materials, relationship with fulfillment vendor and oversee fulfillment of materials by sales team.

·         Assist the Corporate Events Director with various events, including financial advisor training and education meetings (some travel required) and shareholder meetings.

·         Oversee general CRM database management.


QUALIFICATIONS:


·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

·      Excellent time management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize.

·      Ability to generate new ideas.

·    Intermediate Word, Excel and database skills

·      Related experience is a plus but not necessary
