Education: BS or BBA in Marketing or equivalent
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience in product management or marketing management with a US Regional or National Window Door Company
Job Description:
· Coordinates and implements marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include: public relations, special events management, advertising, and creating brand awareness.
· Organizes the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing materials such as brochures, data, photographs, samples, and reports.
· Coordinate “Red Carpet” events including agenda, lunch and dinner, and hotel stays.
· Manage the design of all marketing literature such as: catalogs, sell cards, display materials, sales samples and component cases. Keep inventory for all marketing literature current, up to date, and readily available.
· Manage the “sample” window and door product offering. Ensure highest product quality representation and document successful completion to customers.
· Design and manage all sales training modules, for any new and/or updated products, and release to the Sales Team and customers where appropriate.
· Assist the Vice President of Sales and Marketing in developing presentations, planning promotions, and other sales/marketing related duties.
· Continually maintain and update all power point feature/benefit (value) presentation materials.
· Manage and lead the assembly, engagement and presentation for 2 national sales meetings per year. Build the agenda, draft departmental assignments publish agenda and notify participants.
· Be the “go to” person for all marketing related issues/requests from the sales team and customers.
· Conduct market analysis and study the trends in the market to plan proper strategies.
· Build and manage the company’s marketing budget annually to support our annual business plan.
· Continually examine expenditures in the marketing area to highlight areas requiring cost reduction impact. Design cost reduction measures.

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Power Point, and Excel.
· Must have excellent presentation skills.
