Our client is part of a worldwide organisation recognised as a market leader in the automotive industry. They are a re manufacturing and sales organisation and are currently looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator to join the marketing team in Northampton.
The successful candidate will successfully perform within various areas of the marketing mix, showing a drive for results and taking ownership for their own actions. The role holder will strive to help improve overall business performance as well as creating brand recognition in the market and support internal and external customers by producing effective marketing solutions.
Profile
- CIM part qualified or equivalent,
- the successful candidate should have a good standard of literacy and numeracy (minimum GCSE grade C),
- be self motivated with the ability to successfully manage projects as well as being able to work well on own initiative or as part of a team.
- The individual should show a strong command of analytical and conceptual capacity as well as good presenting skills and the ability to plan,
- organise and prioritise.
- They should also have a good understanding of MS Office, InDesign, Photoshop and IT based applications.
The successful candidate
- Will be responsible for identifying and communicating key messages about the company, services and product portfolio to the internal and external public to create and maintain awareness.
- They will advise and take responsibility within the project team for the communication strategy, and choosing the appropriate media to meet the set targets and deadlines.
- The role holder will be tasked with developing creative concepts and solutions in-house or with the external suppliers following corporate guidelines to achieve customer satisfaction.
- They will also be responsible for recognising trends in communication to help maintain an up-to-date departmental knowledge base as well as monitoring and analysing competitor communications in the market.
- The role will also require the individual to analyse costs and effects if communication tools and negotiate with suppliers and agencies to optimise cost spending and communication effects.
Salary £20,000-£24,000 (depending on experience)
