Marketing Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities:

-Primary focus on supporting all marketing initiatives across all business lines in Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions

-Manage all conference, event and tradeshow logistics including shipping to and from events, setup and tear down (if local) and ordering of tradeshow services

-Maintain a comprehensive conference, event and awards calendar including team feedback and cumulative event expenses

-Manage email marketing communications including distribution list management, creation and execution of blast email campaigns, and results tracking reporting

-Assist with creating and editing sales collateral including sales presentations, marketing product sheets, case studies, special reports and more

-Draft and/or proof marketing materials, articles and other documents as needed

-Assist in maintaining and updating regional web site properties

-Work closely with sales and product teams to research, aggregate, and update competitive market intelligence materials

-Assist the Director in staying up to date on key issues and drivers in the local markets and researching potential marketing opportunities

-Assist the Marketing Director with all general coordination and administrative duties, including ongoing expense tracking

May also include (depending on skillset/experience):

-PR support: research about and outreach to local/regional media contacts, social media engagement

-Some travel possible

Essential Requirements

-BA/BS or equivalent in Marketing or Communications

-1-3 years of corporate marketing experience

-Motivated self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision

-Ability to work with staff and managers at all levels of the organization, across all office locations

-Flexible, resourceful, and adaptable to varying situations in a dynamic environment

-Superior communication, writing and editing skills

-Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the highest attention to detail

-Ability to juggle multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines under pressure

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word required

-Eager to learn about the global capital markets and financial services industry

 Desired Requirements

-Experience with Adobe InDesign or Photoshop; or other design applications

-Experience in technology and/or financial services industries

-Strong knowledge of the social media landscape as relates to business outreach
