Marketing Design Manager
My client is an international legal firm who are recruiting for a Marketing Design Manager
The role is to manage a team of graphic designers and to bring the design capability in-house and use agencies only as an 'over flow'
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the firm brand and visual identity
- Management of the Design and graphics team
- Controlling budgets
- Managing workflow and various projects
- Ensuring processes are efficient and effective as possible
- Working with the BD and Marketing team
Requirements
- Experience in leading a team and people
- In depth knowledge of quark, indesign and/or Photoshop
- Background of working in legal, professional or financial services
- Managed agencies and budgets
- Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively
