Marketing Coordinator Job Purpose: Market
three retirement resorts in South Texas by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; evaluating sales data; creating, distributing and maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings, developing and delivering sales presentations.
Marketing Coordinator Job Duties:
· Prepare and implement marketing and advertising campaigns
· Attend trade shows and events (some travel required).
· Prepare marketing reports by analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
· Prepare and maintain promotional materials.
· Support sales staff and management by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer service requests.
· Assist office staff to improve productivity and efficiency for the benefit of the company.
· Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research data.
Skills/Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing or related field is preferred. 5 years’ experience REQUIRED. Direct Marketing, Market Segmentation, Marketing Research, Coordination, Project Management, Reporting Research Results, Understanding the Customer, Process Improvement, Initiative, Planning, Financial Skills
