Drummond Printing, Inc., a growing manufacturer of promotional products and wholesale gifts, seeks a Marketing Director. Qualified applicants will have the ability to:

·         Develop marketing strategy for two divisions to increase market share.

·         Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Compile, analyze, and evaluate market data.

·         Develop pricing strategy.

·         Design and oversee production of all marketing / corporate branding materials, including advertisements, brochures, catalogs, direct mail, packaging, presentations, websites, emails, promotional displays and signage.

·         Write copy and proofread. Requires an eye for detail and excellent knowledge of grammar and style.

·         Write and distribute press releases for frequent, timely and positive media coverage.

·         Monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services and assist with product development.

·         Set up and staff exhibits for trade shows.

·         Develop and execute strategic social media and digital initiatives.

·         Provide internal support to outside sales representatives

·         Integrate sales efforts with marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, trade shows.

·         Effectively budget to control costs.

·         Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with changing priorities.

·         Some travel required
