Marketing Director recruitment
You will have held the position of CMO previously or a divisional role in a larger business and will have a track record in brand management. The key focus of the role is to set marketing brand strategy and to deliver against customer acquisition, revenue and retention targets. You will be responsible for ensuring that effective proposition and pricing strategies are in place, and for setting the communication and external PR strategy. You will also lead market research and CRM function and you will be responsible for the online product management team. As part of the senior management team you will make a significant contribution to the growth plans of the company and your drive to achieve results will be rewarded with competitive remuneration package.
Experience/skills required
- Successful track record in brand strategy and brand management
- Knowledge of application of CRM tools at both strategic and tactical level
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to turn strategic ideas into commercial reality
- Experience of developing customer propositions (online)
- Formal marketing qualification and first degree desirable
- Outstanding influencing and communication skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- B2C marketing experience essential
- Prior experience of financial services preferable but not essential
