My client is a world leading food services company providing food ingredients, flavours and enhancers to many of the world's leading supermarket and restaurant chains and FMCG companies. Their products are consumed every second of every day in every part of the world.
This is a newly created position covering whole of APAC, reporting directly into the Asia Pacific CEO.
You will be responsible for three key areas:
- Strategic Marketing
- Market Research Consumer Insights
- Marketing Communications
You will have overall responsibility for the execution of key marketing initiatives, brand governance and customer engagement. You will have 10 reports across the region. A large, demanding role, you will be expected to be a very hands-on, collaborative leader.
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing with ideally an MBA
- 12+ years experience, with at least half in a leadership role
- At least some experience gained within a food services/flavours company
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment undergoing significant change
- Able to think strategically and influence at all levels
- Excellent project management skills
