Marketing Director/Data/Derivatives/Sales recruitment

My Client, one of the world’s leading data providers is seeking a high energy, team-oriented Marketing Director that possesses a can-do, "roll up your sleeves" attitude. The Marketing Director will work in close coordination with the Sales and Product Marketing groups to develop and execute the North America marketing strategy, by driving impactful thought leadership, communications and lead generation activities across the U.S.  The ideal candidate is someone who has exceptional communication capabilities, proven lead generation experience, and a passion for developing and launching new programs and initiative. You will be responsible to actively work with the business to develop required content to support marketing campaigns, especially case studies and whitepapers. Support efforts of Product team as it relates to new product development. Responsibilities are to include leading market research, branding, naming conventions, messaging, internal and external communication etc.

The successful candidate must be able to align with and gain the trust of internal and external stakeholders across all levels - from sales to marketing to C-Suite to vendors to industry partners – to ensure support and of regional activities and objectives, ensure programs are executed on-time and within budget – maintain project timelines and oversee program expenditures and track and report qualitative and quantitative metrics, consistently measuring the effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities. Knowledge and experience within the financial markets, especially the data/vendor space is essential for application for this role.
