Marketing Executive, Digital recruitment
Role
The Marketing and Communications Executive will be a member of the EMEA Marketing Team and will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
• Implementing and managing web projects and E-campaigns
• Manage industry surveys and awards across EMEA
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders, e.g. clients, colleagues across the company, suppliers;
• Communicating with target audiences and managing client relationships;
• CRM/Events Management database management.
• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press (local, regional, national and specialist publications)
• Supporting the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, newsletters and e-newsletters, media
• Writing and proofreading copy; content and copy for articles, directories and intranet
• Designing, contributing and proof reading Marketing Collateral and Communications.
• Liaising with designers and printers;
• Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials;
• Maintaining and updating client databases;
• Supporting events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
• Contributing to marketing plans and strategies;
• Evaluating marketing campaigns;
• Monitoring competitor activity
• Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.

Person specification
• A strong working knowledge in regularly using online marketing disciplines, in particular SEO
• Marketing Planning and Project Planning expertise
• Experience writing copy and web content
• Some knowledge, Photoshop, InDesign, MS Suite
• A Strong attention to detail
• The ability to take ownership and responsibility
• Relevant qualification equivalent to degree level
• Experience in the Financial Services sector
