We are currently seeking an experienced marketing professional to join the Brand and Integrated Marketing team to drive new member growth across the tertiary and young professionals segment. The primary focus of this role is to work with key stakeholders, contribute to the development of acquisition and retention strategies, and execute integrated communications programs and campaigns.
Reporting to the Brand and Integrated Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Development and implementation of integrated marketing communication plans for the segment
- Contributing to improvement of the product offering
- Utilising and optimising new and existing CRM databases to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness
- Actively tracking, monitoring and analysing campaign results
- Reviewing performance, managing budgets, and providing regular forecast updates
- Working closely with key stakeholders with the purpose of leveraging knowledge to successfully deliver integrated marketing solutions
- Effective management of external agency relationships
A formal tertiary qualification in marketing or related discipline is preferred. You will need to have comprehensive working knowledge of marketing planning, good digital and direct marketing experience in a corporate, and customer driven environment. Experience in ATL marketing would also be an advantage.
