Marketing & Growth Hacking Lead
We're hiring an specialist in Growth Hacking and Digital Marketing strategies to explore new user acquisition channels, develop marketing initiatives, measure results and adapt our Growth strategy.
eSolidar is growing and recently raised a new investment round. We are now starting our operations in Brazil and UK.
Basically, we are looking for a Marketing Ninja to:
- Define KPIs to measure results and create an internal statistics dashboard to analyze those metrics in real-time;
- Develop product positioning and communication that differentiates our platform in the social fundraising market, knowing competition positioning and marketing strategies to know how to overcome them;
- Develop and execute the Inbound Outbound Marketing strategy and plans, continuously monitoring Lead Generation Conversion metrics to improve results across channels and customer segments;
- Gather Market Intelligence, continuously assessing buyers and sellers feedback and support sales pitch and process improvement;
- Support our charities with their approach to supporters and community in order to increase their income and fundraising strategy through marketing.

We're looking for someone who:
- Love technology and are up to date with the industry;
- Have a creative mindset, curious, positive and ambitious, able to make compromises and commitments;
- Be a witty fellow, with a sharp and plastic mind, able of abstract analytical thinking and quickly adapting to new problems and contexts;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Connected and social person with a passion for networking
- Have a startup mentality: proactive, motivated, eager to learn and grow.
Nice to have
- It is recommended to have a Communication or Marketing course, but not required;
- Knowledge in User Acquisition methodologies;
- Previous experience in web-based startups;
- Volunteering experience;
- Strong connection with third sector and desire to create positive change through social impact initiatives to help those most in need.
