Marketing Insights Manager – Shopper – Large Format Job in Chicago

The Marketing Insights Manager – Shopper – Large Format provides strategic thought leadership across large format (grocery, liquor supercenter) channels and chainsl.   Importantly, this position will have a mix of category, channel, sales, and customer   understanding gaps to fill, and will be the primary synthesizer of insights that come from multiple sources to build channel and chain strategies and tactics. To accomplish this, this role will own integration of knowledge across insight, strategy’ and sales sources including customer supplied data bases.

Strategy:
*Provide actionable strategic insights and prescriptive recommendations for a   brand.

Analysis:
*Connect the dots between all studies in the Insights department.

Planning:
*Defines plans for work-flow
*Translates strategy into action plans

Communication Management (Internal):
*Communicates guidelines, and priorities with limited guidance
*Act as voice of consumer for MC.

People Management:
*Set priorities for team members
*Provide strong direction. Leadership, and mentoring to direct reports
