Job Description:
The Consumer Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing specific consumer-facing marketing plans based on corporate and market-level objectives. Works with Corporate Marketing Downstream Sales to establish standards and procedures related to marketing and promotion of specific products and brand recognition at the consumer level.
Key Responsibilities and Functions
Requirements Include:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
Experience: 7-10 years of Marketing management experience, preferably promoting ingredient brands to consumer brands at the retail level. Marketing experience at the brand or consumer level is required.
Skills Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office applications. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work professionally in a team environment with flexibility to handle multiple priorities. Highly collaborative, excellent follow-through skills. Ability to communicate effectively, in and outside of the organization. Strong bias for action.
Special: Travel 60-70% of time.
