Kelly Services, Inc., a $5.6 billion world leader in human resources solutions seeks a highly motivated Marketing/Sales Support Manager - Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) to be based out of our corporate headquarters in Troy, MI. This is an excellent opportunity with a Fortune 500 company. This individual will be responsible for functions in three key areas of Marketing including but not limited to: Marketing Sales Support- B2B campaigns and messaging: Manage strategic product messaging and event marketing. Serve as a resource to field and work with BPO account managers and solutions architects to coordinate transfer of knowledge and enhance relationships. Product Marketing-Interface with BPO solution architects to develop marketing plan for prioritized products. Responsible for driving the execution and development of product marketing initiatives. Assist with the efforts of cross functional support teams that include resources from marketing research, marketing information, public relations, product management and marketing communications. Brand Management Strategic Projects: Understand the industry. Be the voice of the customer advocate. Assist business leaders with marketing solutions which drive business goals. Support and execute marketing activities for BPO practice. Champion the BPO practice to internal/external customers. Additional Responsibilities: Develop, implement, communicate and track global, national and local marketing strategies and programs in conjunction with agency resources, in-house creative services, public relations and marketing management. Includes the strategic creation and development of business development (B2B) and external marketing partner programs/relationships including conference sponsorships and speaking opportunities. Deliver turnkey marketing programs and support tools to field operations, Global Client Relationship Team (GCRT) Global Solutions and Services (GSS) for selling, servicing, and managing BPO solutions. Including use of social media, digital marketing channels, and management of the BPO website content. Drive business results by developing and implementing the most effective marketing tools / resources to elevate the BPO practice. Lead development of relevant content including; white papers, articles, case studies, webinars, collateral and presentation materials in support of BPO priorities. Facilitate transfer of BPO messaging and content for internal training development. Qualifications Requires: Bachelors Degree or equivalent education in Business, Marketing, or other related field of study. 5 year of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Product Management / Development, Creative Services - Account Management Skills Required: Strong written communication and presentation development skills. Ability to consult with customers and peers on the most effective marketing channels Marketing acumen ? digital / social / interactive knowledge Strong interpersonal skills and ability to promote positive customer relations Excellent project planning skills Ability to work autonomously Must possess business maturity Experience working with and managing marketing suppliers/vendors and adhering to budget Ability to analyze and interpret market data into actionable information Fluid at building relationships to lead the work effort of cross functional team members We are authentic, the industry founder.
