Marketing Manager

Working in a close-knit and supportive team your remit will cover brand management, budget management, asset performance, marketing campaigns and reporting. This activity will be integral to driving foot traffic to the centre and in turn increasing sales revenue. Another key focus will be developing an effective community engagement plan that resonates with the local population and delivers sustainable long term benefits to the centre.

You will have existing Retail Marketing experience at either Manager or Assistant Manager level, and display strong generalist Marcomms skills with an aptitude for the Digital space. Strong stakeholder management skills are absolutely essential to succeed in this role and demonstrated experience of community engagement would be highly advantageous. Whilst your role will engage with a range of different stakeholders you will have full responsibility for your own output so the ability to work autonomously is also a must.
