We are currently developing new products and services as well expanding our market share in different regions. In the context of our fast-paced development and growth, we are looking for a Marketing Manager - B2B to join our team in Lausanne.
Mission:
The position is a strategic and senior role responsible for marketing and communicating MIG Bank’s online trading offering for foreign exchange (FX), contracts for difference (CFD), gold and silver, wealth management and white label services to institutional and wealth management clients. Reporting to the Group Marketing Officer, the B2B Marketing Manager is expected to work in a sales enablement capacity, partnering with regional Business Development teams, Head of Wealth Management, IT Product Management and members of the Marketing team to lead strategic campaign development and execution to drive sales and marketing strategies at global and regional levels and to craft benefit led messaging, value propositions and proof points to communicate effectively to target audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Leveraging the full marketing mix, plan, develop, execute and measure internal and external strategies to drive revenue generation and awareness for MIG Bank’s institutional, white label and wealth management offerings
- Partner with Business Development and the Head of Wealth Management to coordinate sales identified market drivers, coordinate with IT Product Management to ensure we deliver a strong marketing platform that leverages a combined product, sales and marketing strategy
- Build close working relationships with the global sales organisation, wealth management and marketing teams and IT product managers
- Design and lead integrated internal and external communication campaigns to effectively position and raise awareness of the respective products
- Develop compelling and coherent key messages and proof points to be used across the full marketing mix as required
- Drive and contribute to the production process for content that demonstrates a good understanding of customers/prospects’ problems and how MIG Bank can address these problems
- Drive brand awareness and thought leadership led content creation to promote MIG Bank’s research and economic data
- Act as brand ambassador, ensuring all communication material reflects corporate brand strategy
- Manage and oversee relationships with strategic partners, partners and third party agencies as necessary
- Provide creative steer and direction to ensure timely delivery of successful, targeted communication campaigns, leveraging all marketing channels as appropriate: direct and online marketing, tradeshows/conferences, sponsorships, advertising, print and promotion
- Optimise brand visibility through strong relations with trade publications and industry associations
- Oversee management of CRM solution for respective campaigns
- Effectively manage the product marketing budget and provide timely measurement to demonstrate ROI
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications;
- At least 5 years’ experience in a senior marketing function;
- Previous experience in financial services industry, particularly FX or wealth management is mandatory to be successful in this role;
- Strong computer skills (power point, excel, word);
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated;
- Written and oral English to mother tongue standard;
- Strategic and analytical thinker;
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a timely manner;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Must have a good eye for detail;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse groups across multiple time zones;
- French or German language an advantage;
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic and international atmosphere;
- Self-motivated and proactive approach but able to work well in a closely knit team;
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and work efficiently against deadlines;
- Flexible, willing to learn and adapt to new responsibilities;
- Swiss or EU citizen or holder of a valid work permit for Switzerland.
