Marketing Manager - Care Provider - Kent- £30k

A Marketing Manager is required to evaluate current and realise new marketing opportunities to increase occupancy for this care provider.

The successful candidate will work with the Managing Director to communicate
the developments of various projects to be achieved against Business Plan objectives and against the pursuit of the key objective to increase occupancy. He or she will also liaise with the management team.

Responsibilities

• Review Strategic Marketing
• Manage off and online marketing campaigns
• Liaison with senior representatives from Local Authorities, Health Authorities
• Analyse Market segments

Requirements

• Proven experience of driving sales growth through managing on and offline marketing campaigns.
• Experience in Market sector planning and development.
• Strong leadership and business development skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.
• Pro-active definition, monitoring and development of service levels.
• Leading on short term projects and contributing to business wide projects.
• A large degree of autonomy, commitment and enthusiasm are required.
