Marketing Manager, Collateral & e-Communications recruitment
Based in the City (Bank), the Marketing Manager will report to the EMEA Head of Marketing and work within the global marketing team to take responsibility for execution and production of key marketing projects within International Investment Services, our Institutional Sales Client Service unit. The role has a focus on the EMEA region and assists in the development of strategic and tactical marketing solutions for specific business needs. The Manager owns key projects through the development and delivery process by interacting and negotiating with a variety of internal stakeholders.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management:
- Coordinates the development, production and distribution of marketing projects.
- Leads execution of projects in collaboration with marketing, creative and production teams (Electronic Publishing), of varying complexity and strives for best practices and successful outcomes by defining scope, aligning resources and measuring effectiveness after delivery.
Collateral Strategy Execution:
- Works with Regional Marketing Teams and Marketing Services to implement and maintain a sound collateral strategy that is consistent with business priorities.
- Partners with marketing managers to discuss direction, timing, content and definition of success for each communications initiative.
- Tracks needs by product and/or country and shares best practices globally.
- Audits and ensures consistency of process and controls for the creation, quality assurance, consumption and/or destruction of collateral.
- Coordinates and facilitates effective distribution of collateral with a focus on quality, timeliness and channel.
Repeatable Deliverables:
Responsible for proactively managing repeatable deliverables to clients, consultants and prospects including e-newsletters, etc. from creation to distribution. Makes content and layout recommendations and solicits and gathers feedback from project stakeholders. Oversees production and distribution with a focus on ensuring quality and timeliness.
Process Management:
- Ensures an effective and productive process that makes efficient use of resources.
- Creates and updates process and best practice documentation.

- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects
- Comfortable with developing/managing detail-oriented processes
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and people management skills
- Experience with database management
- Prior experience working in the asset management
- Prior experience in Collateral and eCollateral project management
- Degree educated with demonstrable, relevant work experience.
