About the role
There is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to work closely with the Senior Manager, Corporate Super, to develop and implement the full mix of marketing and communications activities for CFS's corporate superannuation business.
You will be expected to perform the following tasks in a manner consistent with CBA's Values of Excellence, Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability and Service;
- Develop and implement the ongoing communications strategy for FirstChoice Employer Super and produce marketing material accordingly (this includes; written communication, flyers, brochures, newsletters)
- Take the lead on, develop and implement a variety of corporate superannuation marketing projects (ie: annual employer survey, enhancements to sales tools, adviser briefing)
- Manage end to end, emails and mailings of regular communications. This includes: design, checking content, managing the sign off process, managing stakeholder feedback and liaising with the Studio
- Assist the Senior Manager who is the key corporate super marketing contact for any development work/enhancements/maintenance on FirstNet Employer
- Along with Senior Manager, provide day to day support for all corporate super marketing requests that come from the Distribution team
- Monitor competitive activity and take steps to ensure that we maintain and where possible, improve our competitive edge
- Work closely with the Senior Manager, Corporate Superannuation to implement the annual corporate super marketing plan
What will help you succeed?
- Experience and knowledge of Corporate Super within financial services industry
- Proven experience with campaign management and an understanding of the fulfilment process
- Demonstrated experience at meeting tight deadlines and working effectively under pressure
- Proven ability to manage multiple client requests through solid planning and effective time management
- Ability to work closely and collaboratively with colleagues and build rapport with key stakeholders
- Passionate about developing clear, concise and effective communications - strong written communications experience
