DC Marketing Manager
Prestigious global investment manager seeks Marketing Manager, with experience either from a DC provider or consultancy, to join their DC marketing and communications team.
Primary responsibility is to support the DC channel focusing on employee marketing campaigns with the key aim of increasing member take-up and contributions to both new and existing UK pension plans. This role provides the opportunity to attend external client visits to both existing and prospective clients to discuss strategies and agree and implement employee marketing and communication campaigns. Experience in a multi client-facing environment is preferred together with strong and effective presentation skills. Other aspects of the role include leading project teams to implement marketing strategies and develop new marketing tools aimed at DC audiences.
Strong communications and written skills are perquisite as is the ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of the pensions market place and relevant legislation. The successful candidate will be self motivated, reliable, enthusiastic and commercially minded with an ability to manage member communication projects, meeting targets in terms of day-to-day workflows, using both internal and external resources.
