Marketing Manager – EMEA recruitment
Responsibilities include:
- Developing marketing programs in support of regional business goals, including regular coordination with line of business sales, marketing and business managers to present marketing strategies, both within your region and with U.S. based management of groups operating in the region
- Coordinating with marketing managers within the International Group as well as other lines of business operating in your market to execute regional programs and events
- Planning and directing marketing campaigns in support of business goals and new product launches: online and print advertising, webinars, training events, coordination with Corporate Communications for public relations and cross-business line coordination for regional customer events
- Ensuring marketing and communications programs are effective at a regional level and comply with all regulatory requirements for marketing and advertising programs in a given market
- Supporting the Regional Presidents and senior business leaders visiting the region for help with internal and external events, media tours and general communications
- Serving as brand steward for the region in reviewing and approving execution of all brand standards across lines of business operating in the region
- Providing content and creative direction for campaigns and advertising in the form of concepts, themes, graphic design; working closely with Enterprise Creative Group
- Providing internal communications support for the region, in coordination with the internal communication team and communicators across the business lines to ensure messages are tailored for regional team members
- Coordinating with internal and external public relations teams to raise awareness of regional capabilities and accomplishments
Requirements:
- Ideally degree educated
- Solid experience in a marketing or communications role or equivalent
- Direct marketing experience
- Outstanding writing and communications skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-discipline initiatives with representatives from multiple business lines
- Knowledge of regional marketing and communications practices and requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks—and complex projects—simultaneously
- Knowledge of Wholesale financial services business lines
- Excellent project management skills
Other skills
- Knowledge and/or experience with international business, specifically financial services industry
- Experience with public relations and social media a plus
