MARKETING MANAGER / EXECUTIVE
Our client is an international asset management house with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit high calibers to join them.
This position is responsible for supporting the institutional sales teams in Asia. Work closely with product management team in Asia and provide accurate and timely responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI). Draft and review proposals by discussing with compliance officers, sales teams and investment professionals, developing high-quality response materials, tracking details of the assessments and results. Consultant database management. Administer databases by organizing a diverse range of information efficiently and logically. Provide sales support to the expanding sales team coverage. Responsible for completing RFPs and other new business or client-related questionnaires with responsibility for completing and/or coordinating RFPs and other new business-related questionnaires, as well as due diligence questionnaires for existing clients, at varying levels of complexity. The role is highly interactive and requires close teamwork with internal clients and other business partners globally in order to meet critical timelines and provide accurate and timely information to potential clients. Respond to new business and client maintenance requests with timely, high-quality documents. Coordinate formal Review Approval process. Provide comprehensive feedback on RFP content, helping to enhance overall accuracy and quality.
To be considered, you should be a degree holder with around 3 to 6 years of experience in asset management, additional general financial services or asset management experience is highly desirable. Understanding of institutional and retail asset management, plus good knowledge of financial markets globally will be a plus. Sound verbal and written communication skills, plus strong proofreading skills. Ability to interact effectively and professionally at all levels of seniority and across multiple cultures. Meticulous attention to detail, across all aspects of data, language and grammar, and general layout and presentation. Strong PC knowledge.
