The role
There is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager in driving the success of the FirstChoice platform through the successful delivery of marketing and communication initiatives to financial advisers.
You will be expected to perform the following tasks in a manner consistent with CBA's Values of Excellence, Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability and Service:
- Managing the development and delivery of professional, compliant and engaging communications to FirstChoice advisers.
- Working with the Senior Marketing Manager, FirstChoice to develop and implement end-to-end campaigns promoting FirstChoice to financial advisers and dealer groups.
- Producing adviser marketing material to promote FirstChoice's key marketing and distribution messages, including brochures, presentations, web content and direct mail.
- Tactical implementation of marketing and communications plans that complement the broader business strategy.
- Work collaboratively with Distribution, Client Services and Product to ensure integrated marketing and communication programs are delivered.
- Providing marketing and communications expertise to the business, as required.
Success in the role
- Relevant degree qualification (i.e. Marketing, Communications, Commerce or Business).
- Experience in financial services, product management or platforms marketing
- A strong knowledge of platforms - including master trusts, wraps and retail products across non-super, super and pension
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to write compelling brochure copy.
- Proven marketing planning skills - experience in implementing an annual marketing plan.
- Strong people skills - ability to work closely and collaboratively in a way that positively impacts other areas.
- An ability to form strong relationships with internal clients based on credibility of approach, ideas generation and delivery.
You will also be a highly self-motivated individual, with the ability to use your own initiative and work within tight timeframes. A proven track record of co-ordinatingprojects or juggling multiple priorities, while being able to manage stakeholders is also key.
