Marketing Manager – FTC recruitment
A Global organisation supplying Business and Financial information, Financial Markets knowledge and Technology solutions seek an experienced Marketing Manager for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract within their London offices.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager/Executive reports to the Senior Marketing Manager for our Real Time Platform within Trading, This role provides strategic and tactical support and will work closely with the broader Trading marketing team and other internal functions to effectively execute marketing plans and activities to directly support growth, market positioning and customer retention objectives.
This position is responsible for supporting the execution of the strategic marketing plans to directly support the business priorities within the Real-Time Platform. Key responsibilities include:
- Project managing the execution of all Marketing activities as defined by the strategic marketing plan to ensure they are completed on time and on budget
- Create and maintain tactical project plans and regularly communicate status to relevant stakeholders
- Develop and produce effective marketing collateral including managing the creative process from creative brief, review and approval of design, layout and copy, status updates with creative and marketing teams through execution and delivery to sales and the market.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy, attention to detail, and a focus on results.
- Support other initiatives and projects as assigned by Senior Marketing Manager
- Participate in the planning and execution of customer facing events and manage our presence at industry conferences
- Responsible for managing costs and deliverables to project plans and budget guidelines.
- Working with marketing management to support and create product and services launches.
- Assist in the creation of new ideas/approaches to effectively enhance marketing activities
- Track, measure, and report on results versus agreed criteria, and provide input into how to refine and adjust marketing programs as necessary
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and third parties
- Ensure fast, clear communication of all relevant marketing activities and tools to relevant stakeholders, and collect regular feedback
Required Skills
- Project management experience
- Ability to work well in a matrix organization and effectively manage across boundaries
- Marketing domain knowledge with an understanding of FinTech
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly motivated and ability to work independently
- Excellent at PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Degree level and / or relevant market experience
