Marketing Manager Job in 2000

Global financial services organisation has a need for an experience Marketing manager to join the Sales marketing team for a 3-6 month Maternity leave contract.

Reporting to the Head of Insurance, this role is responsible for development, management and implementation of all marketing campaigns for all insurance products, including retention planning, strategy and campaign management to drive growth of the Insurance to meet revenue growth targets.

Areas of focus:

• Develop a strategic plan to significantly grow the Insurance portfolio.

• Identify key customer opportunities within the bank to cross-sell Insurance products

• Develop and drive unique value propositions for insurance by customer target group

• Working with 3rd party insurers and internal businesses to deliver the marketing campaign plan KPI's for all campaigns. .

• Working closely with the sales and internal stakeholders to achieve joint sales targets

• Working closely with the Senior Manager, to identify the sale channel needs and develop appropriate sales and support tools.

Experience required:

• Proven marketing strategy development and management experience gained in Financial Services, specifically General insurance

• Proven experience in driving and improving marketing performance

• Able to see and contribute to the big picture as well as being hands on

• Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills

• Highly commercial with strong financial acumen

• Proven experience in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies
