We are seeking a jack-of-all trades marketing professional with a strong branding mind and a hands-on approach. This person will need to be creative, strategic and analytical in everything they do. This position will report to the president and will be a key role in the organization.
Job functions to include:
Increase sales growth and market share through strategic brand planning and execution.
Manage Illume retail and wholesale Web sites including content, promotions, e-communication, search engine optimization, list building and social media.
Manage wholesale/retail catalog production including conception, art direction, copywriting and print management.
Create marketing activities and collateral aimed at supporting wholesale sales force + gift retailers, and consumers.
Develop and manage advertising and public relations strategies for the Illume brand
Trade show + event management; includes representing the brand in a creative, consistent manner, and researching new venues, strategies and opportunities to showcase and build the Illume brand, along with the VP of Sales.
Prepares and manages marketing plan, long and short-term strategy, pricing and budget.
