Reports to: Irvine Lane’s General Manager
Job Objective: Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Evaluates sales, customer communication, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed. Oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
Responsibilities:
· Developing and implementing a company-wide, short long range go-to marketing plan, working with all departments to execute.
· To manage the marketing department budget. Delivery of all marketing activity with agreed budget.
· Works with graphic designer, copywriter, or any other source to create all marketing materials including brochures, electronic communications, ads, and all printed materials.
· Ensures effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets.
· Evaluates market reactions to advertising marketing programs and promotions to ensure return on investment and customer
· Recommends changes in basic structure and organization of birthday and group sales programs to evaluate efficiency, provide flexibility and assistance with any changes needed to this department to increase revenue and operation more efficiently.
· Manages all website functions including the implementation of a “smartphone based” website
· Manages all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, and Blog)

Job Specifications:
· 4-6 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, but not required
· Strong People Skills
· Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
· Extensive organizational skills
· Computer skills required including, but not exclusive to Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office
