Job Description:
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with external agencies, internal product line managers, and sales leaders to translate marketing strategies into programs, and then measure the effectiveness of these programs.
Including:
Marketing the site and brand
Developing and supporting product merchandising strategy
Driving delivery of customer-facing initiatives for:
-Social media
-Communications
-Trade events
-Collateral
Regularly reviewing and synthesizing analytical data.

FUNCTIONS:
Assist in development and enforcement of brand standards and communicating those standards throughout organization
Assist in building and executing all Marketing and Advertising Campaigns
Gather, analyze and report on market data reflecting customer needs, customer segmentation, industry trends, competitive landscape, and campaign effectiveness.
Design and Implement a Social Media marketing plan
Drive the development and implementation of campaign based strategy for e-based marketing activities such as email newsletter, special product advertising, banners and callouts, etc.
Measure and track response rates and ROI to direct mail and e-campaigns and prepare reports analyzing response rates
Coordinate trade shows and other events, including all logistics, tracking and measuring the effectiveness of each event
Execute marketing plans, and ensure that sales support materials meet the needs of the sales teams.

Strong written/verbal communication skills, including copywriting and editing
Strong attention to detail

Provide regular feedback summaries and reports to the CEO
Develop regular sales force communications regarding all marketing activities.
Assist with the creation of compelling offers and support messaging.
Assist with the development of marketing strategies for new product/service launches.
Coordinate updates to US and UK websites with technology team
Write copy for email campaigns and other print-based collateral
Coordinate market research projects; distribute information throughout organization
Research advertising opportunities and assist in implementation of advertising plan
Assist in creation and distribution of sales tools, including collateral, customer gifts, and promotional items
Other special projects and activities that aid direct sales, global and product teams

Job Experience:
Computer skills Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preferred
Proficiency in maintaining and optimizing databases
Experience with e-marketing
