Position Overview:

 

Responsible for market development and profitability for the PL Colorants North American region.  Will develop and implement plans for profitable growth to meet budget objectives.  Identifies key areas for market and product development to ensure long term profitability.  Assists marketing director with day-to-day product issues, new launches, and pricing strategy to include increases and surcharges.  Analysis each month of sales, markets and product trends for opportunities regarding new segments, applications and products.  Support marketing director with advertising, trade shows, and new supporting marketing collateral.  Supports sales director with customer calls and objectives.  Supports distributor manager with issues related to new segments and product issues.  Detailed monthly reports, business plan development, white papers, and launch concepts required.
