The Marketing Programs Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs within a fast paced marketing organization. This person manages the execution of multiple complex and/or strategic marketing programs and activities working closely with individuals within the marketing organization cross functionally and with advertising agencies and partners

The selected person will:

•Provides ongoing Marketing program development and budget guidance for market growth activities
•Develops program briefs including creative and media concepts, set program goals and results, lead program development processes, establish budget priorities to facilitate execution of identified campaigns, programs and activities with internal and external organizations
•Works with WebEx and corporate marketing teams, marketing operations, channel marketing and product marketing and other company functions as necessary to ensure successful execution of campaigns and activities
•Ensures deliverables meet strategic goals and drives the business forward. Mentors and works collaboratively with corporate interactive marketing teams
•Measures and reports metrics of all assigned marketing activities

Experience and Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or related field, or equivalent education and experience
•Five years experience managing and/or leading marketing campaigns that vary in scope and complexity; previous experience in collaboration and a solid understanding of software sales a huge plus
•Experience in marketing program strategy, development, prioritization, and budgeting essential
•Demonstrated understanding of strategic marketing, business and financial principles specific to the interactive marketing space
•Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities specific to interactive marketing programs
This role requires experience managing advertising agencies and running digital campaigns
