Marketing Manager, List Management - SP Ratings (Maternity Cover)

Global business Intelligence is a new group tasked with analyzing market feedback and evaluating market opportunities. The team is designed to serve as a basis for growing existing business, new product development and entry into new markets.
Description
The successful candidate will support business intelligence by:
1. Maintaining two internal platforms through Dreamweaver and SharePoint
2. Involvement in certain Market Focus Groups, including: Market Research/Sizing. Setting meetings. Collating feedback/ideas. Organising and structuring information. Preparing and maintaining project plans. Setting internal conferences/video calls. Preparing presentations.
3. Involvement in training European colleagues on new internal platforms
4. Collaborating with team members on various market and product development projects
5. Maintaining key tools and documents to aid market outreach
6. Tracking the Budget for the department and ensuring all invoices are processed according to company policy.
7. Ad-hoc research projects
Skills
Skills and Experience
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics or business studies required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent business writing and proof reading skills.
- Excellent research skills
- Ability to communicate and work with colleagues at all levels
- Good working knowledge of web based applications and internet technology
- Existing knowledge of Dreamweaver CSS 3 advantageous
- Knowledge of CRM; SalesForce.com and Eloqua advantageous
- Forensic attention to detail.
