Marketing Manager - Marketing Director - Real Estate

If you are a Marketing Manager with Real Estate Marketing experience, please read on!

What you need for this position:

- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, real estate or relevant field (Masters’ degree is a plus)
- At least 3+ years of experience in real estate, marketing or both required or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be Bilingual Chinese / English
- Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Adobe. Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
- InDesign experience is preferred.

What you'll be doing:

- Develop, a marketing strategy of commercial or residential real estate projects for the entire development cycle from conceptualization, design, pricing to development of marketing and sales strategies;
- Create, distribute and measure response to all types of commercial, residential, and mixed use real estate promotional initiatives including websites, newsletters, presentations, flyers, community relations, special events, and branding opportunities
- Administers company marketing calendar, as assigned;
- Monitors schedules, production and distribution arrangements to ensure timely completion and quality control of marketing activities and media buy;
- Establishes and maintains contacts with external partners and vendors including artists, designers, photographers, brokers, advertising representatives, media contacts, etc
