Our client, an independent global asset manager with offices on four continents is looking for a Marketing Manager to be based in their Luxembourg office and be in charge of the Benelux markets.

Permanent Contract / Luxembourg

The Challenge

As the new Marketing Manager for Benelux, it will be your responsibility to develop and implement new marketing activities for the region. You will work closely together with your counterparts across Europe and report to the Head of Marketing for Europe based in the UK. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Development, planning and implementation of marketing plans across different distribution channels

• Manage the local marketing budget

• Create, adapt and implement marketing plans; including advertising, direct marketing, email marketing etc.

• Analyse the result of the campaigns

• Work closely together with and manage the external media agencies

• Event management

• PR and Communication

• Be responsible for the regional web content and web traffic analysis

The Right Candidate

As the new Marketing Manager you will have a number of years prior experience in a similar role preferably within the banking finance sector. As this is an international company and you will work closely together with colleagues across Europe, it is essential that you speak and write fluent English and ideally have some level of Dutch and/ or French.

We expect you to have:

• Prior experience in marketing and communications experience

• Experience and knowledge in the financial products and services

• Degree in Marketing, Business or other related studies

• High communication skills, flexible and highly motivated

• Excellent language skills in English and Dutch and/ or French
