We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for developing the strategy and executing a profitable CLI Upgrade program across our Partner Portfolios. You will play an instrumental part in driving incremental revenue and EBIT to ultimately increase customer engagement.
Some of the key accountabilities in this position are:
- Formulate the overall strategy for CLI Upgrade programs to achieve KPIs relating to account performance: utilisation, ANR, revolve rate, revenue and EBIT
- Understand and customise CLI Upgrade programs to different Card Portfolios
- Implement monthly marketing campaigns to achieve Plan for CLI Upgrades. This includes overseeing the Direct Mail component, setting up Upgrade offers across Channels such as statement, online, sales leveraging and SMS to drive CLI acceptance on optimising other channels.
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to develop offers and gain support for delivery of CLI Upgrade programs.
- Understand Risk management of lending criteria and seek to develop new risk tests to drive innovation in CLI Upgrade management
- Analyse existing data trends and work with Decision Management in profit modelling new tests to improve performance and response rate of Upgrade campaigns.
- Conduct research to understand market trends and monitor competitor activities in relation to Upgrade management.
- Maintain monthly business reporting of CLI Upgrades and ensure post campaign reviews are completed.
- Provide test vs. control reads and work with Decision Management on recommendations to improve CLI Upgrade programs.
- Manage CLI Upgrade marketing budgets and meet all reporting deadlines. Manage the monthly accrual process for Portfolio campaigns.
- Lead an Assistant Marketing Manager to deliver on Upgrade strategies whilst maintaining high levels of staff satisfaction.
- Ensure PMOs, development plans and quarterly reviews are conducted, identifying and address training requirements.
Qualifications/ Experience required:
- Tertiary education required – degrees in marketing and communications would be well regarded.
- 3 - 5 years technical/ operations experience within a marketing team
- Stakeholder engagement/ management
- Energy, enthusiasm and excellent communications skills
- Good project management and time management skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to handle frequent change/adapt
- Innovative and creative thinker
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
