As the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the business to identify opportunities and develop marketing activities for Credit Cards and Moneyline. Your responsibilities include planning, conceptualizing and implementing effective campaigns for targeted products and segments. You will also develop and oversee below-the-line communications, ensuring that they are compliant with the ANZ brand. In addition, you will optimize marketing investment by establishing ROI thresholds and allocating funds based on sound marketing mechanics and the use of data for effective customer targeting. You are required to conduct post campaign analyses to evaluate effectiveness of campaigns and track delivery of business results.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you should be a great team player who is able to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization and deliver quality campaigns within given timelines and budget. Ideally, you should be business-driven, independent, resourceful and have a keen eye for detail. The selected candidate should possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and a proven track record. Project management and analytical skills are mandatory. A degree in Business, Marketing or Mass Communication and a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience of which 2 years from the banking industry is preferred.
