Marketing Manager recruitment

We are seeking a talented individual to serve as Marketing Manager-Director to design and implement a wide range of marketing strategies intended to drive client acquisition. Your background should demonstrate proven success in creating and delivering high-impact marketing programs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fluid start-up environment and will bring an energetic, elegant, and creative approach to their work. Key Responsibilities

Design and own overall company marketing strategy, design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm, and manage day-to-day implementation of programs

Plan and administer the firm’s Marketing budget

Conceptualise and execute effective marketing and PR campaign strategies through traditional and social media

Manage and hone the firm’s wealth thought leadership to facilitate client acquisition through sector visibility

Develop company approach towards additional avenues of client acquisition and brand building, potentially including agency relationships, SEO and SEM efforts, and advertising programs

Effectively manage budget to yield optimum effect.

Devise, develop and implement the media and client relations strategy.

Negotiates with media vendors to secure agreements most beneficial to the company

Edits materials according to specific market requirements

Write and oversee production press releases, articles, newsletter, corporate video, brochure and presentation materials.

Constantly improve Internet calls-to-action and product marketing to drive new leads

Build and improve company collateral to support sales and business development outreach efforts

Oversee PR and event marketing efforts

Help shape internal data reporting needs to allow tracking, iterating and managing data-driven client acquisition programs

Oversee external corporate communications

Participate in related corporate events

Build and manage media relations and media queries on a global scale.

Identify, design, craft and direct opportunities for sales and research to contribute to the media and press exposure

Assist in media interviews i.e. liaison with media, co-ordinating interviews between media and company

Handle media enquiries, and work on media monitoring

Help define future staffing needs and take on management responsibilities as organization grows

Supervise Marketing Associate and make staffing and hiring decisions within marketing department

Build  and  develop  a  marketing  team  which  is  competent,  commercially  astute,  dedicated  and  efficient

Provide day to day leadership to coach and motivate the team to maximize their potential.

Liaise and coordinate with vendors and contractors on all marketing and communications projects, including updating website, getting print specs, supplier quotes and serving as contact point with printer/supplier

Work with regional offices on designing and implementing prospecting and CRM system

Develop and administer marketing database, including client and prospect information, mailing lists, and reports

Assist in organising marketing/communications events and functions, including press conferences and media previews

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing or related field

* 3-8 years of relevant experience at a small to mid-size firm managing marketing programs with a global perspective

An ‘all-rounder’ with strong analytic skills, creative ideas, and business savvy

Possess flair in written and oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as ability to leverage on social media to boost communications outreach.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable in a small, intense and high-growth start-up environment

Experience with new media and internet advertising

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

A hunger to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment

Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach

Proven ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with people of diverse ages and backgrounds.

Ability to effectively handle high-volume workload, concurrent projects, and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently

Strong professional work ethic and willingness to learn

Must already be located in Singapore
