The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning, development, management execution of the marketing related activities that drive the strategic objectives of both the Superannuation Investments business.
This role will be focused on developing acquisition and activation strategies and ensuring campaigns are executed to brief, on time and to budget in order to achieve customer number, FUM and profit targets.
Position Responsibilities
- The development and execution of the Superannuation Investments marketing strategy and activity plan
- Execution of the Superannuation marketing strategies that align to the retail and business banks' marketing strategy
- This role is accountable for the development and execution of an annual marketing plan, formulation of results-driven acquisition retention direct marketing strategies and the delivery of a pipeline/calendar of effective marketing campaigns.
- Implementation of data-driven campaigns to achieve lead, sales, conversion and KPI's
- End to end management and execution of the superannuation business marketing strategy that aligns to the overall business strategies of each of the businesses within the grouP
- Support the Senior Manager, Marketing in maximising ROI from marketing spend
Knowledge/Qualifications/ Experience
- 5+ years in marketing experience - preferably some experience working with the Retail Banking segment
- Highly capable marketing skills specifically in regards to marketing campaign management, reporting and optimising skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on being able to work in a highly collaborative environment supporting multiple business units
- Preferably a Business/Commerce/Marketing Degree
