Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the company’s membership acquisition strategy, and to manage and develop junior members of the marketing team. Additional responsibilities include performing market research, producing marketing documentation and contributing to the overall marketing strategy.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop regional membership acquisition strategy in particular for China and Hong Kong.
- Execute on marketing and membership acquisition strategies.
- Build relationships in client facing role with potential customers.
- Drive programs to increase awareness of the exchange amongst members and end users.
- Assist in tactical and strategic projects.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business related field with minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with financial institutions.
- Exposure to trading, capital markets and/or commodities strongly preferred.
- Possess good communication skills, project management skills and strategic thinking.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin strongly preferred).
- Demonstrates potential as team leader and manager.
