Marketing Manager, recruitment

A Global Bank with an established Asian presence

Reporting to Marketing Team Lead.

Roles and Responsibilities :
• Work collaboratively with internal and external agencies to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies.
• Develop and plan product marketing activities /campaigns to support revenue growth and client acquisition. 
• Manage marketing budgets, track processes and programs to target new and existing customers
• Develop and manage an interactive communicative platform for the division
• Develop relevant strategic partnerships to position the bank as the bank for SMEs
• Serve as internal liaison to the division/dept and other staff resources so as to have an integrated marketing communication platform
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
 

Requirements :
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to details
• Dynamic, self-motivated and able to multi-task and work under pressure and tight timelines
• Keen interest and knowledge of interactive software and development is essential
• Comfortable with doing events management
• Creative and resourceful with min 3 – 5 years direct marketing or  product marketing experience in banking environment
• University degree preferably in Marketing, PR/Advertising or Business Administration
