Lend Lease is responsible for Barangaroo South – the southern 7.5 hectares of the site which is destined to become the greenest and most advanced financial district and the first large scale, carbon neutral precinct in Australia. With a mix of uses, including commercial, residential, retail and dining along with a new landmark hotel, on completion it will be home to around 1,200 residents, 23,000 office workers and more than 2.9 hectares of public space.

We’re currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support the GM of Marketing in delivering the agreed marketing strategies for the residential development.

The Marketing Manager, Residential, will be responsible for marketing the portfolio of apartment products at Barangaroo including their market positioning, lead generation and management, launch into market, and delivery of agreed commercial outcomes – and ensuring their contribution to the overall place experience at Barangaroo.

You will lead, develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy for our portfolio of premium apartment products, within the Barangaroo development. You’ll monitor, control and report marketing results as well as prepare and manage budgets. You will assist the General Manager, National Sales, Apartments in delivering the sales strategy and provide support to the sales team through a variety of online and offline collateral.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate a strong background in the development and execution of highly successful marketing, brand and sales strategy within the premium apartment market, supported by a relevant degree. Your impressive analytical skills coupled with your financial and commercial acumen will prove invaluable, as will your extensive experience in research and analysis. Collaborating with an array of internal and external stakeholders, you will use your strong communication skills to understand and interpret competing business priorities and deliver collaborative outcomes.
