Overall purpose of the role/key tasks:
• Drive targeted energy professionals to our network of sites in an effective and efficient way. Design and implement initiatives to target key sectors
• Encourage users to engage with the site. This includes driving energy professionals to apply for jobs, upload their searchable resume, register for job alerts and take part in our interactive community content offering.
• Generate sales leads
• Support sales CRM processes
• Encourage users to engage with the site. This includes driving energy professionals to apply for jobs, upload their searchable resume, register for job alerts and take part in our interactive community content offering.
Overall skills required:
- 7+ years experience and proven success of creating strategic B2B B2C marketing plans and executing with strong ROI
- Through the line experience required
- Experience in an online business preferred
- Ability to focus on numbers and results, strong analytical numerical skills
- Creative skills and an ability to write compelling copy for a variety of audiences.
- Project management skills with experience in prioritisation planning
- Passion for digital marketing
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
- Ability to manage across cultures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Web skills a bonus (HTML, image editing, etc). Knowledge of HTML and Photoshop a plus
- Knowledge of online marketing systems such as Omniture preferred
