Marketing Officer Local Market Solutions (m/f) recruitment
IWI International Wealth Insurer is a Luxembourg insurance company created in 1992 and specialised in Wealth Insurance solutions for a wealthy international clientele. Focussed on the elaboration of tailor-made solutions and service to partners, IWI relies on know-how and expertise to provide lasting solutions to its clients. The IWI offering is aimed at asset management and wealth structuring professionals in Luxembourg, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Germany and Italy.
Main duties
- Preparing, implementing and monitoring a strategic and operational marketing plan for each solution marketed by the Company, in close cooperation with the Distribution, Distribution Support and Product Development Departments, and with distributors
- Preparing and monitoring marketing budgets
- Proactively ensuring good positioning for our solutions towards our competitors and the needs of our partners/clients for each solution marketed by the Company, and providing regular communications
- Proposing B2C marketing campaigns intended for our distributors
- Participating in B2C campaigns suggested by our distributors
- Devising, managing and overseeing partner satisfaction surveys
- Preparing and distributing our visual media, including online presentations and brochures for the retail/local market business line
- Maintaining the content and layout of our paper and web-based sales support media
- Webmastering of our extranet sites and sales tools in the retail/local market business line
- Liaising closely with distributors and their Relationship Managers
- Receiving and processing requests from distributors concerning changes to the product/solutions range
Profile required
- Educated to post-graduate level (4/5 years of third-level education (Bac+4/+5)) in marketing/communications and/or product development
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in B2B and B2C marketing of similar products
- Fluent French and Luxembourgish (written and spoken). Perfect command of German will be considered an asset
- In-depth understanding of retail/local market life insurance solutions (articles 110, 111 and 111bis of the Luxembourg Law on income tax, group insurance, fixed-term life insurance, mortgage protection insurance and loan insurance) is required
- Sales-minded

- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Team player
- Proficient user of Word, Excel and Powerpoint and the main marketing and web tools
