INVISTA is currently seeking a Marketing Paralegal which will primarily support our Trademark and Marketing Sr. Attorney. This position could be located in one of the following INVISTA locations: Wichita, KS; Kennesaw, GA or Wilmington, DE. INVISTA businesses are seeking to engage in Social Media marketing initiatives and data privacy issues that relate to marketing and social media initiatives. This would include oversight and management of the company copyright licenses and routine copyrights inquires from the business. We are looking for an individual with experience in advertising and marketing law as well as performing advertising and marketing copy review. Responsibilities will include review of website content, marketing and public relations materials, digital and social media campaigns, trademark research and interfacing with company personnel in these areas. The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes: be very detailed-oriented, extremely organized, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, be highly motivated, have a positive attitude and be assertive with the ability to manage multiple projects while working in a fast-paced, changing environment. Required Education Experience At least 3 years of marketing or paralegal experience An Associates degree or equivalent in Marketing and/or a Paralegal Certification Experience with the Federal Trade Commission(FTC) and other regulations and laws related to advertising, contests, social media and data privacy Preferred Experience Experience with international marketing review and compliance We are an equal opportunity employer.
