Marketing Programs Manager recruitment
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide marketing support for sales and client services
- Evaluate day to day marketing requests from sales and other departments and work with marketing supervisors and product management to determine what needs to be executed
- Develop marketing plans to execute various sales and client services marketing projects
- Measure results of various marketing programs and campaigns
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively to bring programs and ideas to market on time and on budget
- Represent the firm at various client meetings, industry events and conferences
- Support quarter-end processes as defined by management
Background Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years in marketing communications within the asset management industry
- Knowledge of investment concepts and/or products
- Familiarity with separate accounts, SMAs and mutual funds as well as institutional, or retail investors preferred
- Strong knowledge of marketing campaigns and how to use marketing programs to sell products and enhance brand required
- Strong communications skills including excellent writing, editing and presentation skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines and producing quality work
- BA/BS required
- MBA preferred
