Marketing Sales Specialist
PHC Software is looking for a dynamic, highly focused and motivated SaaS Sales Executive with a proven track record of success and achievement in Internet Sales. At the marketing department, you will join our SaaS growing team that is shaping the future of Business Software with PHC FX.
You'll have to:
- Engage with prospective clients, owning the deal process from beginning to end, including sourcing new deals, presenting our technology, participating in contract negotiations, maintaining accounts, and further developing client relationships
- Develop strong relationships with incubators, startups, SMBs
- Develop and deliver customised sales presentations and products demonstrations via web-demo and personal meetings
- Identify sales opportunities for strategic company growth
- Build a strong sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, targeted research, networking and effective calling of warm and cold leads
- Be responsible for developing tele-marketing sales script
- Up-sell/Cross-sell and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships
- Collaborate with our marketing team to generate and execute effective campaigns to drive new leads
- Manage industry events and user groups to generate market interest
Main requirements
- Has at least 3-5 years sales experience with Internet Sales (knowledge of SaaS Products and Management Software is preferable)
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and Sales goals
- Self-motivated, intellectually curious and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong communicator
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to effectively close deals
- Ability to deal with change and be a team player
- Wants to be part of an entrepreneurial, high-energy and fun culture
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory) and Spanish (preferable)
- Skills and knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, Analytics and ROI, Client Management Service and Marketing Automation)
