Marketing Specialist - Customer Relationship Management

The Marketing Specialist - CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans that support the business plans of the assigned category or segment. This position serves as a partnership with the Director(s) of Marketing and Marketing Managers enabling Marketing/Advertising efforts to be executed. The Marketing Specialist supports and executes customer marketing campaigns delivered through outbound and inbound channels, to ensure ROI on all Marketing investments. POSITION REQUIREMENTS -Bachelors Degree and/or 1-2 years previous work experience in marketing and/or advertising required. -Candidate must be a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -MBA or Retail experience in a marketing/advertising role is strongly desired. -Strong analytical skills and proficient in excel.
