We are seeking a forward-thinking marketing specialist to support our world-class talent attraction efforts. He/she will develop and implement marketing strategies programs to acquire candidates across digital and social platforms in key international hiring markets. He/she is also responsible for helping execute an internal communications and engagement strategy for deployment of the new talent brand. This role requires a passion for digital media and intense curiosity about the future of how jobseekers look for their next career online. It also commands a flawless project manager who thrives in a fast-paced global hiring environment. The ideal candidate must be fearless in resourcefully engaging and managing agencies and internal and external partners to drive programs forward. He/she must also possess the aptitude to analyze and present break-through analytics on program performance. Key Responsibilities - Work with Global Recruitment Directors and HR business partners to create unique, scalable, digital recruitment marketing programs. - Help develop digital content strategy and distribution plan for segmentation. - Manage and evolve our social recruiting strategy to support segmentation efforts. - Help manage and optimize our Careers Center to support segmentation and improve conversion from visitor to applicant. - Measure performance: utilize recruitment marketing tools and measurement techniques for segmented plans and overall performance. - Form and influence relationships within Global Recruitment, Global HR and the business to successfully design segmented campaigns and ensure internal awareness and buy-in. Qualifications This position requires exceptional marketing and strategic thinking skills as well as strong cross-functional influencing and communication skills. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a ?roll up your sleeves? mentality. - Bachelors degree in a communications-related field; Masters preferred - 3-5 years of experience in building executing marketing strategies across multiple channels - Proven record of driving results and innovation in a marketing-related role - Understanding of the digital space ? including social media ? and how it impacts the jobseeker?s recruitment experience - Flawless project manager with solve problems, act decisively and prioritize - Outstanding influencing, matrix management and partner management skills necessary to build strong relationships - Superior leadership skills and ability to mobilize, drive and direct resources across the organization with and without direct reporting lines - Comfort in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment - Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite required
